Our Review of Bear Mountain Cabins & Campground

Overall, we had an amazing stay at Bear Mountain. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and our site was really nice- level, clean, and easy to get into. The campground itself is pretty big, so we got in plenty of walks just looping around the property.

We also had great neighbors, which always makes a campground feel more like a little community.

The laundry room was spotless (seriously, one of the cleanest we’ve come across!) and even had a coin changer inside, which was so convenient. The shower house looked new and really nice- just a heads up that it’s curtain-style instead of full doors.

If you’re traveling with kids, you’ll love that there are multiple playgrounds, one in each of the main loops. When we were there, they were even in the process of adding more campsites, so it seems like the campground’s growing but still keeping that quiet, friendly feel we loved.

All in all, Bear Mountain Cabins & Campground is definitely one we’d stay at again.
